• Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• A valid purchase invoice or receipt must be provided.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

1. Customer self purchased items

2. Custom or made-to-order products

3. Items marked as clearance or promotional

4. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

1.3 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or
rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
